One of the reasons I got hooked on Aerosmith is because I'm a disney kid! I've grown up going to either Disneyland, Disney World or even a Disney Cruise once or more times a year for our family vacations. And if you're as big a Disney Parks fan as I am, you know where I'm going with this. At the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida there is a ride called "Rock n' Roller Coaster" in the back of the Hollywood Studios park. It's shaped like a guitar and its a fast-paced roller coaster in the dark. Basically, you enter this room while you're in line and watch a video of Aerosmith warming up for their concert as if you were there. They are about to leave when they offer the anticipated ride goers backstage passes to their concert. However, the concert starts soon, so you have to get their fast. You then enter the ride where you buckle up in a stretch limousine looking cart. Steven Tyler yells "3...2...1" into your ear from the loud speakers right behind your head and you zoom into the Hollywood inspired track while listening to one of Aerosmith's song blasting throughout the whole ride. It's typically "Walk this Way" or "Dude Looks Like a Lady" and it's the best experience. Good music, disney, and a roller coaster all in one!? Count me in, and count yourself in too; it doesn't get much better than that.

Back in the Saddle
Hello! I've been on an Aerosmith binge this week so I felt like I definitely needed to write about them on this blog. I seriously love Steven Tyler and the rest of Aerosmith- so much that this past summer my dad and I paid $350 per ticket to see them live in concert in The Woodlands, Texas. They were seriously fantastic. I'm certain that they never left the saddle. I may have nodes, but Steven Tyler is 66 years young! He has better vocal chords than I do and this is the prime part of my life... haha! I was just so impressed by his mind blowing live rendition of "Dream On." He even got up on his grand piano and caused every one of the thousands of audience members there to just melt in their seats. However, my favorite part of their concert was when they played "Rag Doll." It is now my all time favorite Aerosmith song. Please go look it up if you enjoy some classic rock n' roll.
